enlarge the powers of the Fidelity Fire Insurance Com-
pany of Baltimore city, a corporation formed under the
General Incorporation Law of the State. "

and substitute the word "power. "

House bill entitled "An Act to require all Turnpike
Companies or other toll roads to keep a bright light
thrown upon their toll bars or gates when down, during
any hour of darkness, "

House bill entitled "An Act to amend the 'Act passed
by the General Assembly of Maryland at its session of
1888, chapter 183, and amended by the General Assembly
of Maryland at its session of 1894, chapter 562, entitled
