AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
By majority of Baltimore city delegation,
Strike out all after the, words "a bill" arid insert in lieu
thereof, the following.

"Entitled an Act to repeal sections 232, 233 and 234
of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City
of Baltimore, ' sub-title 'Miscellaneous Local Laws, ' as
re-enacted by chapter 123 of the Acts of 1898. "

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, that sections 232, 233 and 234 of Article 4, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City of Baltimore, '
sub title 'Miscellaneous Local Laws, ' as re-enacted by
chapter 123 of the Acts of 1898. "

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Graeff, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
with proposed amendments,

House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Allegany County, ' sub-title Justices of the Peace and
Constables, ' to follow section 182, and to be designated
'Section 182 A. '"

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
By Allegany county delegation,

To add an additional section:

"Section 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage. "

Mr. Choate, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 9. 10, 11
and 12. of Article 43, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title 'Health, ' sub-title 'Local Boards of Health, ' so far as
the same relates to Baltimore county, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, to be known as 'Sections 132 A,
132 B, 132 C, 132 D, 132 E, 132 F and 132 G, of Article
3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Baltimore
County, ' sub-title 'Health and Sanitary Officers. '"
