ployment of Legislative Counsel and Agents and Return
of Legislative Expenses, ' to follow section 3, to be known,
as 'Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8/9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14. '"

additional sections, under the sub-title 'Corrupt Prac-
tices, ' to follow section 151, as now enacted. "
