the Code of Public Local Laws, title ' City of Baltimore, '
sub-title ' Police Commissioners, ' as said sections were

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
Police Commissioners of Baltimore city, to pension
Andrea P. Caldwell, formerly a policeman and clerk of
the police force of Baltimore city. "

741, of Article 4, of Public Local Laws, entitled 'City of

Mr. Johnson moved to substitute the bill for the un-
favorable report.
