Being the FOURTH SESSION of the FIFTH SENATE.

    ON Monday the fourth day of November, seventeen hundred and ninety-nine, being the day
appointed by the constitution and form of government for the meeting of the general assembly,
appeared in the senate,

CHARLES CARROLL, of Carrollton, Esquire,

Who adjourned until to-morrow morning.

    THE same member appeared as on yesterday.  John Thomas and William Hammond Dorsey,
Esquires, appeared in the senate.

the senate.
