    No. 23.  An act to dispose of Eden School, in Somerset county, and to apply the money to the purposes 
therein mentioned.
    No. 24.  An act for recording a patent therein mentioned.
    No. 25.  An act to empower the justices of the levy court of Charles county to assess and levy annually
a sum of money for the purpose therein mentioned.
    No. 26.  A Supplement to the act, entitled, An act to improve and repair the streets in Frederick-town,
in Frederick county, and for other purposes therein mentioned.
    No. 27.  An act to confirm the divisions made in the city of Washington on the estate of John Davidson,
deceased, and for other purposes.
    No. 28.  An act to authorise and empower the levy court of Montgomery county to assess and levy annually
a sum of money for the support of Hannah Carter.
    No. 29.  An act to authorise and empower the justices of the levy court of Kent county to assess and levy
a sum of money on the inhabitants of said county for the purpose therein mentioned.
    No. 30.  An act to increase the jurisdiction of the corporation of the city of Annapolis.
    No. 31.  A Supplement to an act, entitled, An act to remove the market-house at the head of Elk, and
establish the same, and for the advancement and regulation of said town.

county and orphans courts in this state.
    No. 34.  A Supplement to the act, entitled, An act directing the proceedings against persons guilty of fornication.
    No. 35.  An act respecting two tracts of land lying in Allegany county, the one called Grassy Cabin, the
other called the Desert.
    No. 36.  An act to lay out a road from Deep Point, in Cornwallis's Neck, in Charles county, until it shall
intersect the public road at the New House on the head of Mattawoman creek, in said county.
    No. 37.  An additional supplement to the act, entitled, An act for the removal of the seat of justice from
Melville's warehouse to Pig Point, in Caroline county.
    No. 38.  An act to incorporate the Roman catholic congregation worshipping at the church of Saint Mary,
in the vicinity of Bryan town, in Charles county.
    No. 39.  An act for the destruction of crows in the several counties therein mentioned.
    No. 40.  An act to increase the allowance of the justices of the orphans courts, the commissioners of the
tax, and the clerk to the commissioners, in the several counties of this state.
   No. 41.  An act to ascertain the allowance of members of the general assembly, electors of senate, and electors
of president and vice-president of the United States. 
    No. 42.  An act to amend and explain the thirty-third section of an act, entitled, An act for the more effectual
paving the streets of Baltimore-town, in Baltimore county, and for other purposes.
    No. 43.  An act for the better administration of justice in the several counties of this state.
    No. 44.  A Further supplement to an act, entitled, An act to lay out several turnpike roads in Baltimore
county, and for other purposes.
    No. 45.  An act permitting the proprietors of lots binding on the water at the west end of the bason in
Baltimore-town to extend and improve the same.
    No. 46.  An act to correct a misnomer in an act, entitled, An act concerning the bank stock.
    No. 47.  An act to authorise and empower the vestry of William and Mary parish, in Charles county, to
sell and dispose of negroes belonging to said parish, and for other purposes.
    No. 48.  An act to empower the levy court of Anne-Arundel county to assess a sum of money for the purpose
therein mentioned.
    No. 49.  An act to prevent hogs from going at large at George-town Cross roads, in Kent county.
    No. 50.  A further supplement to an act, entitled, An act to establish a market at the market-house in
Chester-town, in Kent county, and for the regulation of the said market.
    No. 51.  An act to record Peters, Deakins, Beatty and Threlkeld's addition to George-town, in Montgomery

in Baltimore county, and rebuilding two bridges over Jones's Falls in Baltimore-town, in said county.
    No. 56.  An act to incorporate a company for building a bridge over Jone's Falls in Baltimore-town.
    No. 57.  An act to empower John Erskine and John Thomas, administrators of Richard Johns, to collect
the balances due to Richard Johns as sheriff and collector of Talbot county.
    No. 58.  An additional supplement to an act, entitled, An act to streighten and amend the post-road from
Havre-de-Grace to Baltimore-town.
    No. 59.  An act respecting the roads in Somerset and Worcester counties.
    No. 60.  An additional supplement to an act, entitled, An act relating to public-roads in this state, and to
