No licenses to sell intoxicating liquors other than by wholesale trad-
ers, distillers, brewers, rectifiers and bottlers of fermented liquors shall
be granted in the City of Baltimore except by the Board of Liquor
License Commissioners, and only to citizens of the United States of
temperate habits and good moral character who have complied with the
requisites of law.

COUNTY SEAT—PRINCE FREDERICK.

Origin of Name—After the family name of the Proprietary.
Date of Formation—1654. Area—222 square miles. Population—
10,325 (1910).

Court Terms—Jury, first Monday in May and second Monday in
November. Non-jury, first Monday in July and February.
Orphans' Court Days—Second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.
