BALTIMORE AND KINGSVILLE TURNPIKE COM-
PANY—Leave granted to report a bill to incor-
porate the, 141; bill reported, and read the first
time, 189.

BALTIMORE AND LITTLE GUNPOWDER FALLS
TURNPIKE COMPANY—The bill to repeal the
Act of 1860, ch. 359, which incorporates the, and
to incorporate in the stead thereof the Baltimore
and Jerusalem Turnpike Company, was read the
third time, and passed, 489.

BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAIL ROAD—Order adopted
requesting the Treasurer to report to the Senate
the amount of revenue received by the State on
its interest in the, and Branches, for each of the
last six years, 17.

Order adopted, that the President of the, com-
municate to the Senate, at as early a day as pos-
sible, the rates of freights he is allowed by the
charter of that company to charge, &c., 19; com-
munication from, in response, 57; ordered to be
printed, 117. Memorial from, received, 29.

Order adopted, requesting the President of the,
to furnish an accurate statement of the gross earn-
ings of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, and the
Washington Branch of the same, since 1861, in-
