That the commissioners of Anne Arundel county, instead of

appointing one or more assessors for each election district, as is

provided for in the act of November session, eighteen hundred

and twelve, chapter one hundred and ninety-one, shall appoint

three suitable and discreet men, whose duty it shall be to go

together throughout the county, and value and assess all the

real and personal property in said county, agreeably to the pro-

visions of the act to which this is a supplement, and the said

commissioners shall also appoint one assessor for the city of

Annapolis.
