4 Hen. 6.--1425.

    CHAP. 3.  Justices in certain cases, may amend
their records according to former statutes.

8 Hen. 6.--1429.

    CHAP. 9.  The duty of justices of peace, where
land is entered upon, or detained with force.
(Part.)
    CHAP. 12.  No judgment or record shall be reversed
for any writ, process, &c. razed.--What
defects in records may be amended by the judges,
and what not.  (Part.)
    CHAP. 15.  The justices may in certain cases,
amend defaults in records.  (Part.)

11 Hen. 6.--1433.

    CHAP. 5.  The remedy where a tenant granteth
over his estate; taketh the profits and commiteth
waste.

&c. shall be discontinued by a new commission.

    CHAP. 9.  No sheriff shall let to ferm, his county,
or any bailwich.--The sheriff's and bailiff's duties

    CHAP. 3.  Every justice of peace may let a prisoner
to mainprise.--No officer shall seize the 
goods of a prisoner until he be attainted.  (Part.)

3 Hen. 7.--1486.

    CHAP. 1.  The authority of the court of star
chamber.--Where one inquest shall enquire of the
concealment of another.--A coroner's duty after a
murder committed.--A justice of peace shall certify
his recognisance, &c.  (Part.)
    CHAP. 3.  Justices of peace may let prisoners
to bail.--The sheriff shall certify the names of all
his prisoners at the gaol delivery.
    CHAP. 4.  All deeds of gift made to defraud
creditors, void.

    CHAP. 10.  Costs, &c. to the defendant in error.

4 Hen. 7.--1487.

    CHAP. 12.  All justices of peace shall execute
their commissions, redress injuries and maintain
