CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

Chapter 754—Acts of 1953

An Act to propose an amendment to Article 11-D of the Constitution of
Maryland providing that the Mayor and Council of Baltimore shall not
acquire land under the provisions of the Article in Howard County nor in
Anne Arundel County except with the consent of the Board of County
Commissioners.
