Chapter 100—Acts of 1956
An Act to propose an amendment to Section 1A of Article I of the Con-
stitution of Maryland, title "Elective Franchise", providing for absentee
voting at elections in this State by CERTAIN persons unable to vote
personally by reason of physical disability.

An Act to propose an amendment to Section 40 of Article 4 of the Con-
stitution of Maryland, title "Judiciary Department", sub-title "Part V—
Orphans' Courts", providing that Judges of the several Orphans' Courts
shall be paid such compensation as may be regulated by law.
