CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
Chapter 428—Acts of 1966
An Act to propose an amendment to Section I of Article VI of the
Constitution of Maryland, title "Treasury Department", to provide
that the salary of the State Treasurer is fixed by the General Assem-
bly by law, and providing for the submission of this amendment to the
qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or
rejection.
Chapter 431—Acts of 1966
An Act to propose an amendment to Section 15 of Article III of
the Constitution of Maryland, title "Legislative Department", to pro-
vide that the General Assembly shall be empowered to set its own
compensation, and providing for the submission of this amendment
to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption
or rejection.
