Chapter 617—Acts of 1968
An Act to propose amendments to Article 4 of the Constitution of
Maryland, title "Judiciary Department," by amending Section 31 and
repealing Section .11 A thereof, to remove obsolete provisions from said
Section 31 and to eliminate the authority granted to the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to supplement salaries paid to judges of the
Supreme Bench of Baltimore City.
