ADDENDA AND ERRATA 963
The Governor appointed this special Commission in 1971 at
the request of the General Assembly to study the driver educa-
tion program as it exists at present and to make possible
revisions to it. The Commission consists of nine members,
included among whom are three members of the House of
Delegates, three members of the State Senate, and three mem-
bers who represent, the general public.
The Commission is to report its findings with legislative
recommendations prior to the 1972 Session of the General
Assembly (Res. No. 66, Acts of 1971).

The Governor appointed this ad hoc committee to review
progress already made in the State Office Building complex, to
advise on the retention of consultants for site planning, and
to comment upon the overall performance standards pertaining
to the expansion of these State facilities.

The Governor appointed this special committee in 1970 to
study the space requirements for State agencies in Baltimore
and Annapolis and recommend immediate and long range solu-
tions. The Committee is also to assume responsibility for State-
wide office space needs for all State agencies. Included in the
Committee's charge are an examination of immediate needs
in the State Office Complex in Baltimore, the space require-
ments for the Departments of Transportation, General Services,
Economic and Community Development, Employment and
Social Services, Licensing and Regulation, Personnel, and Pub-
lic Safety and Correctional Services. Finally, the Committee
is to analyze leased office space both in Annapolis and in Balti-
