ARTHUR S. DREA, JR., Democrat, District 15B; born in Chicago,
III., December 27, 1937. Attended Chicago parochial schools; St.
Joseph's College, B.A., 1959; University of Baltimore School of
Law, J.D., 1966. Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1967. Served in
the U.S. Army, 1961-67. Administrative Hearing Examiner for
Zoning for Montgomery County, 1970-72. Assistant County At-
torney for Montgomery County, 1966-70, Member, Transporta-
tion Planning Board, Council of Governments. Member, Ameri-
can, Maryland, and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Mar-
ried. Member of the House of Delegates since 1975.
RAYMOND A. DYPSKI. Democrat, District 47; born in Baltimore,
June 21, 1923. Attended Baltimore public schools. Metallurgical
tester. Served in the U.S. Merchant Marine, 1943-45. Member,
Y.M.C.A. Unmarried. Member of the House of Delegates since
1967.
ROYDEN F. DYSON. Democrat, District 29; born in Great Mills,
November 15, 1948. Attended University of Baltimore; Mont-
gomery Junior College; University of Maryland. Legislative As-
sistant and Research Director for Congressman William D, Ford
of Michigan. Special Assistant, Subcommittee on Agricultural
Labor, U.S. House of Representatives. Former Assistant Director
of Operations, Democratic National Committee: Assistant Floor
Manager, Democratic National Committee. Member of the House
of Delegates since 1975.
LOUIS E. EINSCHUTZ, Democrat, District 9; born in Baltimore,
December II, 1922. Attended Baltimore County public schools;
McCoy College; The Johns Hopkins University. Engineer. Su-
pervisor, Bethlehem Steel Company, and electrical contractor.
Served in the U.S. Army, 1943-45. Committeeman, Franklin
Square Hospital Fund Drive. Member, Masons. Past commander
and state board member, American Legion. Married. Member of
the House of Delegates, 1967-1976. Resigned, August 1, 1976.
