The Institutional Educator Pay Plan Committee
was formed in 1993 (Chapter 272, Acts of 1993).
The Committee will establish a single, statewide
Institutional Educator Pay Plan to eliminate salary
inequities for the same jobs performed by educators
in different locations.
The Committee has nine members. Three are ap-
pointed to three-year terms by the Governor. Six serve
ex officio (Code Education Article, sec. 6-303.1).
