Eager, of the City of Baltimore, the sum of two hundred and
eighty-eight dollars and eighty cents, erroneously paid into
the Treasury.

on Claims.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 194, 196, 197,
chapter 35, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to docks, and re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read a first time and referred to Messrs. Cooper,
Blake and Hamilton.

The bill entitled an Act appropriating a sum of money to
pay Alfred 7. Mobray, late Collector of Taxes in Dorchester
county, the amount overpaid by him into the Treasury.
