Amend section 25 by inserting after the word "Balti-
more," in line 2, the words, "or the Sheriff of any county."

Section 25, line 8, insert after the word "board," the
words, " or Sheriff."

Mr. Gatch submitted the following amendment:

Amend section 26 by adding thereto the following words,
viz : all horses, uniforms, arms and equipments belonging
to officers of the militia, and used by them for military pur-
poses, shall be exempt from seizure for debt or execution of
any kind.
