In section 12, strike out all after the word "same," in line
3, to the word "and," in line 6, of said section.
In line 8, of same section, strike out the word "or," and
insert the word "and."
In section 13, line 1, strike out the words "all persons
obtaining a license under," and insert the words "the Board,
of Special Police appointed by the sixteenth section of."
In section 16, line 3, after the word "Police," insert the
following, "with power and authority to appoint as many
deputies from among those who take out a license under the
provisions of this Act, as in their judgment may lie neces-
sary."
In section 16, line 4, insert after the word "arrest," the
words "without warrant."
In section 10, line £, strike out the word " violate," and
insert in lieu thereof '' who may be detected by them in
violating."
In section 16, line 14, after " Harford," insert "Kent."
"In section 18, line 5, insert after "Harford," the word
"Kent."
In section 18, line 9, strike out the word "forty," and in-
sert " twenty."
In section 18, line 10, strike out the word " ninety," and
insert "forty."
In section 20, line 1, after the word " Harford," insert the
word "Kent," and in the same section, line 7, after the
word "Harford," insert the word "Kent."
At the end of section 21 add the following section :
Section 22. And be it enacted, That the Commander of the
State Police Force shall have, and is hereby invested with
concurrent jurisdiction and authority with the Board of
Special Police, appointed by the sixteenth section of this Act,
to arrest without warrant for any violation of this law.
Make present section 22 read section 23. .
