    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the judges, or any one judge, of Caroline county court, be and they,
or any one of them, are hereby authorised and directed to extend to
John Fisher, the benefit and relief of the act of assembly passed at
November session eighteen hundred and five*, entitled, An act for
the relief of sundry insolvent debtors, and the several supplements
thereto, without compelling him to produce the assent of two
thirds in amount of his creditors; and to extend and afford to the
said John Fisher, all the benefits, advantages and provisions, of the
aforesaid act and the supplements thereto, in the same manner and
upon the same terms and conditions, as if he had obtained the assent
of two thirds of his creditors, to his release under the same.
Benefit of insolvent 
laws extended
to him.

An Act for the relief of John Buffum, of the City of Baltimore.  Lib.

    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the judges of Baltimore county court, or any one of them, (in the
recess of said court,) be and they are hereby authorised and directed
to extend to John Buffum, of the city of Baltimore, the benefit
of the act of assembly passed at November session eighteen hundred
and five †, entitled, An act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors,
and the several supplements thereto, without requiring the said
John Buffum to produce the assent, in writing, of two-thirds of his
creditors, as is prescribed by the provisions of the said act and supplements.

                                        CHAP. LXXXVI.
An Act to incorporate the Humane Impartial Society of the City of
                            Baltimore.

    WHEREAS a benevolent female society under the title of the
Humane Impartial Society has been established in the city of Baltimore,
for the purpose of employing and relieving widows and
educating orphans, under the direction of managers appointed by
the members of said society;  And whereas, this general assembly is
desirous to encourage and give permanence to so useful an institution,
therefore,
Preamble.
    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the female members of the Humane Impartial Society, as well as
those who shall hereafter become members, shall be, and they are
hereby created and made a corporation and body politic, by the
name, style and title, of The President and Managers of the Baltimore
Human Impartial Society, and by that name shall have
succession, and be capable in law of purchasing, building, selling,
leasing and conveying, lands and tenements, goods and chattels, and
other property real and personal; Provided, that the value of the
Members incorporated.
