Alien females entitled to dower on
intermarriage
with citizens of the United States, and residing therein,
On a widow giving her assent in writing,
(in cases
of sales of infants lands under this act,) the sale to
be
made clear of her dower, and a proportion of the money
to be awarded her in bar thereof,
—If such assent is not given, a commission to be
issued according to the act to direct descents, and the
supplements thereto, to lay off the dower,
Widows shall be entitled to dower
in lands held by
equitable title in the husband, unless devised by a bill
before this act,
—Such right not to operate to the prejudice of any
claim for the purchase money, or other lien,
Of Montgomery county—money to be levied
for his

Robbery or larceny of a will punishable

manner as of goods and chattels,

counterfeiting any
will, &c. or aiding, &c. or uttering or publishing

such will, &c. to be deemed a felon, and sentenced
to
confinement in the penitentiary not less than five nor
more than ten years,
Every person convicted of embezzling,
stealing,
withdrawing, impairing, razing or altering, any will,
&c. whereby the estate of any person may be injured,
to be confined in the penitentiary not less than 3 nor
more than 7 years,
Directions concerning nuncupative
wills,
Concerning the repeal or alteration
of wills of personal
estate,
No devise, legacy or bequest, shall
lapse, or fail of
taking effect, by reason of the death of any devisee
or
legatee named in any last will, &c. in the lifetime
of
the testator,
