    Resolution authorising them to use the dividends received
by them from the Baltimore and Frederick town turnpike
road company, and the Baltimore and Reister's-town
turnpike road company, for the support of criminals,
&c.

    1.  Resolution in their favour,
    2.  Resolution empowering the justices of Anne-Arundel
county court to remove the records to some safe place,

    Resolution authorising the governor and council to
designate appropriate such part of the public grounds
in the city of Annapolis as they may think most suitable,
as a site for the erection of a monument to his memory
in pursuance of the resolution of congress, &c.

    1.  Resolution directing the treasurer to pay him as
agent for settling the claims of Maryland with the general
government, eight hundred dollars, &c.
    2.  Resolution requesting him to report to the general
assembly his progress in the accomplishment of the object
of his appointment,
    3.  Resolution directing the treasurer to pay him as
agent for settling the claims of Maryland with the general
government, the sum of twelve hundred dollars, &c.

    Resolution in his favour,

    1.  Resolution relinquishing to him the state's right to
a tract or part of a tract of land called "Pretty Prospect,"
in the District of Columbia, &c.
    2.  Resolution directing the attorney general to execute
such conveyance to him for Pretty Prospect as shall be
thought effectual, &c.

    1.  Resolutions appointing him to revise the acts of assembly,
and prepare an edition thereof, &c. the original
charter, bill of rights, and constitution of the state, as
adopted by the convention, to be included, &c.

    2.  Resolution appointing him to cause to be printed the
declaration of independence in addition to the laws, &c.

    3.  Resolution requesting him to preface the second volume
of his laws with the address of President Washington,
&c.
    4.  Resolution directing the treasurer to pay him four
thousand dollars for his services in compiling the laws,
&c.
    5.  Resolution in his favour,

    Resolution appointing them to revise the acts of assembly
and prepare an edition thereof, &c.

    1.  Resolution requesting the governor and council to
furnish, for the use of the general assembly, nine copies,
&c.
    2.  Resolution requesting the executive to forward them,
&c.
    3.  Resolution authorising a sale thereof by the clerk of
the house of delegates, &c.
    4.  Resolution authorising George Shaw to make sale of
the remaining part thereof, &c.
