&c. passed by the examiner general, &c. to have
the privilege of installing, &c.

    1.  Resolutions authorising commissioners to be appointed
by the governor and council to digest a plan for the
improvement of the navigation thereof, &c.

of Maryland, to lay before the legislature for their
consideration, such a system as shall appear most wise,
&c.

amount of sums subscribed by them to the loan proposed
by congress on their transferring stock, &c.
