The said credential was accordingly prepared in
due form by the Secretary and signed and sealed
by the Electors.  Whereupon the President delivered
it with the other (the third) Electoral Certificate
to Jonathan Pinkney with the direction to convey
it with all convenient despatch before the first
Wednesday in January next Ensuing to the President
of the Senate of the United States at Washington
and in the event of there being no President of the
Senate as aforesaid to deposit the same safely in the
office of the Secretary of State at Washington.
    On motion of Mr. Alvey it was resolved unanimously
(the Secretary putting the question) that the thanks
of this Electoral College are tendered to the President
thereof for the able and dignified manner in which
he has presided over its deliberations.
    On motion of Mr. Alvey it was resolved unanimously
that the thanks of the Electoral College are due to
the Secretary for the diligent and skilfull performance
of his duties.
            On motion of Mr. Gwinn
    The Secretary was directed to record and attest
the proceedings of the Electoral College.
        The Electors adjourned, sine die
