On motion of Mr. Wilmer the blank was filled with the name of Henry H. Keedy Esq.
one of the Electors and the President was directed to deliver the other Copy of the Certificate
to him Addressed to the President of the Senate of the United States, at the
Seal of Government, Washington D. C.

Whereupon the President delivered one Copy of the Certificate to Harry E.
Mann Esq. and another Copy to Henry F. Spalding to be disposed of as
directed and the third Copy of the Certificate to Henry H. Keedy Esq. (one
of the Electors) with directions to convey it before the first Wednesday in January
next ensuing to the President of the Senate of the United States at the Seal of
Government, Washington D. C. and in the event of there being no President of
the Senate as aforesaid for him to deposit the same safely in the Office of the
Secretary of State at Washington.
On Motion by Mr. Sulivane the College took a recess for 20 minutes.
At 2 o'clock P. M. the College returned its Session, and
                                                                                    On motion by Mr.
Keedy the Secretary was directed to record the proceedings and that
the same be signed by the President and attested by the Secretary.
On motion by Mr. Wilmer a vote of thanks was tendered to the President for the
dignified and courteous manner in which he had discharged the duties of President,
On motion by Mr. Walker the College adjourned Sine die.
