    On motion of Mr. Williams
                        The President of the College was directed
to deliver one copy of said certificate to Mr. Bonaparte
to be by him conveyed and delivered to the Judge of the
District Court of the United States for the District of
Maryland.  Another was delivered to a Special Messenger
to be by him conveyed and delivered to the President
of the United States Senate at Washington DC.
and the third copy, on motion of Mr Bonaparte
was delivered to the Secretary Mr Owens to be by
him mailed in the Post Office at Annapolis to the
President of the United States Senate Washington DC.

J C Bowerman was selected as Messenger to
convey the Certificate to the President of the US Senate
at Washington DC. thereupon the following credentials
were duly signed and sealed and delivered to
Mr. Bowerman

                                            Electoral College
                        Senate Chamber Annapolis Md Jan 9th 1905
    To all persons whom it may concern:
                    Know ye that we the Electors of President
and Vice President of the United States of America, duly
elected in and for the State of Maryland, having met at
the City of Annapolis on the day prescribed by the Constitution
and Laws of the United States, to perform the trust reposed
in us, and having made out in due form certificates and
lists of the votes given and the persons voted for, and
having confidence in the bearer John C. Bowerman have
appointed, and by these presents do appoint and authorize
him to take charge of one of said certificates and lists,
and with all convenient dispatch to convey and deliver the
same to the President of the Senate of the United States at
Washington.  In witness whereof we hereunto set our hands
and seals this 9th day of January 1905
