    Electoral College.  Edward L. Wolf.
(3)  Notification to Governor that Electoral College is in session
    and appointment of two member of the College to notify the
    Governor to see if there is any message or remarks he inches
    to make.
(4)  Nomination and election by ballot of the President of the
    United States of America.
(5)  Nomination and election by ballot of the Vice President
    of the United States of America.
(6)  Preparing of three certificates, one to be mailed at
    Annapolis, Md. to the Vice President of the United States
    and one to be delivered by member of College to the
    United States Circuit Court for the District of Maryland
    in Baltimore City, and one to be delivered in person
    by a special messenger, in Washington, to be in the
    hands of the President of the Senate on or before the
    fourth Monday in January.
(7)  Selection of messenger, Chas. J. Taylor Sr. to deliver the
    certificate tot eh United States Circuit Court of the District
    of Maryland in Baltimore City.
(8)  Selection of messenger from the College to deliver the
    certificate to the United States Circuit Court of the District
    of Maryland in Baltimore City.

        Certificates are all signed by the Electors and
then placed in an envelope with the following description
on the outside of same:
        We, the Electors of the State of Maryland, do
hereby certify that there is contained within a list of
all the votes given for President of the United States and a
list of all the votes given for the Vice President of the United
States by said Electors upon January 10th 1921.

        With the foregoing description, the Electors signed the
envelope individually on the outside after the certificates were
sealed within with the witness by Secretary of the Electoral
College as Secretary and the Seal of the State of Maryland
placed thereon and delivered.
