In testimony whereof, I have hereunto subscribed
my name as the Governor of the State of Maryland,
and caused to be attached here to the Great Seal of
the state of Maryland, this 10th day of December, in
the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty eight.

There upon the said eight Electors casted all their
votes for Herbert Hoover for President of United States of
America.  That is a total of eight votes.
There upon the said eight Electors cast and their votes
for Charles Curtis for Vice President of United States, that
is to say eight votes.  There upon the said Electors
signed the Six Certificates showing how their
votes were cast, which are required by the act of congress.
Approved May 29th 1928,
And mailed one copy thereof by registered mail to the
President of the United States Senate at Washington.
Two copies thereof they delivered to the Secretary of State
of the State of Maryland.
Two copies thereof they directed to be sent by registered
mail on January 2nd 1929 to Secretary of State, Washington
D. C.
