    List of the Person voted for as President of the United States of America
by the Electors of President and Vice President of the United States
in and for the State of Maryland.
    Henry Clay, of Kentucky, received Eight votes as President of
the United States of America.
    We do hereby certify that the above is a true list of the Person put
in nomination and voted for by the Electors of President and Vice
President of the United States, in and for the State of Maryland, and the
number of votes by him received.
    Witness our Hands and Seals this Fourth day of December Eighteen
Hundred and Forty four.
