28. An act relating to the public lots in the town of Belle
Air, in Harford county.

29. An act to alter and change the name of John Pritch,
a minor of Queen Anne's county, to that of John Wilmer
Story.

such parts of the constitution and form of government as
relates to the division of Washington county, into seven
election districts and for other purposes, passed at Decem-
