June 8. Henry Whiteley, Officer of Registration 1st dis-
trict, vice himself, failed to qualify.

June 8. James A. Roe, Officer of Registration 2nd district,
vice himself, failed to qualify.

June 8. J. Boon Dukes, Officer of Registration 3rd dis-
trict, vice himself, failed to qualify.

June 8. F. A. Willis, Officer of Registration 4th district,
vice himself, failed to qualify.

June 8. Elie G. Gullett, Officer of Registration 5th district,
vice himself, failed to qualify.

1873.

Feb'y 18. Wm. W. Williamson, Justice of the Peace 4th
district, vice Tilghman H. Hubbard, resigned.

On motion by Mr. Fields,

The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing ap-
pointments agreeably to the nominations.

May 1.—William A. Coale, Justice of the Peace 3rd dis-
trict, vice T. Pratt Cator, deceased.

June 8.—James Harris, Justice of the Peace 3rd district,
vice himself, failed to qualify.

June 8.—George W. Page, Justice of the Peace 7th district

vice himself, failed to qualify.

June 8.—Jno. T. W. Compton, Justice of the Peace 8th
district, vice himself, failed to qualify.

June 11.—William D. Bowie, Officer of Registration 3rd
district, vice himself, failed to qualify.
