LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

igently and faithfully, to the best of their judgment,

 

discharge the duties of their office without favor,

 

partiality or prejudice, and shall file the certificate

 

of the officer before whom the same was taken,

 

among the records of the corporation.

 

SEC. 15. And be it enacted, That the clerk and

SEC. 17. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

 

effect from the day of its passage, and the General

 

Assembly reserves to itself the right to alter, amend

 

or repeal this act.

AN ACT to repeal sections one hundred and thir-

 

teen and one hundred and fourteen, of article ten

 

of the Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester

 

county, sub-title fish, and sections eighty-six and

 

eighty-seven, of article twenty, of the Code of Pub-

 

lic Local Laws of Talbot county, and also sections

 

ninety and ninety-one, of article six, of the Code

 

of Public Local Laws of Caroline county, and to

 

re-enact the same with amendments.

 

WHEREAS, Sundry persons from parts unknown,
