LIST OF RESOLUTIONS.
Assented to by the General Assembly of Maryland, at
December Sessiun, 1830.
No. 1. Resolution relative to the payment of the members and
officers of the general assembly.
2. Resolution authorising the executive to settle the account of
Jonas Green for the printing of the present session.
3. Resolution relative to the government house.
4. Resolution directing the treasurer of the western shore to in-
vest the money due Montgomery county on account of the free
school fund, in the Commercial and Farmers Bank of Baltimore.
5. Resolution directing the treasurer of the western snore to pay
to William Ridgely,or order, money due to John Newman, a revo-
lutionary soldier
6. Resolution in favour of Thomas Jenkins, of the District of
Columbia.
7. Resolution in favour of the attorney-general of this state.
8. Resolution authorising the governor (o procure and present to
Captain George W. Rogers, a sword, as further evidence of the high
sense the legislature entertain for the services he has rendered his
country.
9. Resolution relative to internal improvement.
10. Resolution in favour of Joshua Ruth, who is confined in the
jail of Frederick county.
11. Resolution directing the clerk of the council to advertise that
proposals will be received for furnishing stationary for the execu-
tive and legislature.
12. Resolution in favour of Joseph Britton, Joshua Burgess, and
Robert Wilmot, soldiers of the revolutionary war.
13. Resolution in favour of Elizabeth J. Waters, widow of Ri-
chard Waters, a captain during the revolutionary war.
14 Resolution authorising the treasurer of the western shore to
pay to Henry Harding, fur the use of Mary Wheelan, the balance
of the pension due Joseph Clewly.
15. Resolution directing the treasurer to pay to William Ridge-
ly the amount overpaid by Richard Beale, late sheriff of Allegany
county.
16. Resolution in favour of Benjamin Smith, of Kentucky.
17. Resolution in favour of Henry W. Shane.
