Resolution in favor of Elizabeth Trux.

Passed Mar. 6, 1832
|
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

treasurer of the western shore pay to Elizabeth Trux, of
|
 
|
Frederick county, widow of John Trux, a soldier of the
|
 
|
revolutionary war, or to her order, during widowhood in
|
 
|
half yearly payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay
of a sergeant, in consideration of the services rendered by
|
 
|
her husband during said war.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore pay to

Patience Fairbrother, of Anne Arundel county, widow of

Francis Fairbrother, a soldier of the revolutionary war, or

|
to her order, during life in half yearly payments, a sum of
|
 
|
money equal to the half pay of a private, in consideration of
|
 
|
the services rendered by her husband during said war.
