1831.

No. 71.

 

Resolution in favor of Elizabeth Trux.

Passed Mar. 6, 1832

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

 

treasurer of the western shore pay to Elizabeth Trux, of

 

Frederick county, widow of John Trux, a soldier of the

 

revolutionary war, or to her order, during widowhood in

 

half yearly payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay
of a sergeant, in consideration of the services rendered by

 

her husband during said war.

 

No. 72.

 

Resolution in favor of Patience Fairbrother.

Passed Mar 6, 1832

Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore pay to

 

Patience Fairbrother, of Anne Arundel county, widow of

 

Francis Fairbrother, a soldier of the revolutionary war, or

 

to her order, during life in half yearly payments, a sum of

 

money equal to the half pay of a private, in consideration of

 

the services rendered by her husband during said war.

 

No. 73.

 

Resolution in favor of Rachel Lucas.

Passed Mar 6, 1832

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the treasurer of the western shore pay to Rachel Lucas, of

 

Anne Arundel county, widow of John Lucas, a soldier of

 

the revolutionary war, or to her order, during life, in half

 

yearly payments, a sum of money equal to the half pay of

 

a private in consideration of the services rendered by her

 

husband during said war.
