1835. RESOLUTIONS.

————~ the Topographical Engineer of the State, to survey the route of a canal, authorised by an act, passed at December session, eighteen hundred and thirty-three, chapter one hundred and eighty-eight, from some point, at or near Transquakin Bridge, in Dorchester county, to the most eligible point of intersection of the Choptank River,and that the Engineer be also instructed to report to the Executive the survey of said canal, and an estimate of the probable cost of making it.

Passed June 3, 1836,	Resolution relating to the Eastern Bank of Baltimore. Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That instead of nine thousand seven hundred and seventy-five dollars, which by the eleventh section of the act incorporating the Eastern Bank of Baltimore, is required to be paid as a bonus to this State, the said hank shall be required and allowed to pay to this State the sum of nine thousand three hundred and seventy-five dollars.

Passed June 4	Resolution in favor of William B. A. H. Tyler.. Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to William B. A. H. Tyler, the sum of four dollars, for services as extra committee clerk to the House of Delegate, at its present session.
