five of said Article 33, and to be known as Section 25A; also to
repeal and re-enact with amendments Section thirty -seven of
said Article 33, relating to nominations of candidates for public
office; also to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
49, 50, 51 and 52 of said Article 33, sub-title 'Ballots and Ballot
Boxes;' also to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
54, 61 and 62 of said Artitle 33, sub-title 'Elections;' also to
repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 66 of said
