by them, and any person seeing such dogs running at large may lawfully
kill the same.

ELECTION DISTRICTS.

P. L. L., 1888, Art. 12, sec. 94. 1908, ch. 67, secs. 1 and 2 (p. 812).

153. The boundaries of the fourteen election districts now existing in
Garrett county shall be as follows: District number one (1) shall be
known as Swanton district and shall begin on the State line upon the
right bank of the Potomac river opposite the mouth of the Three Forks
run near Chaffee, and run up the south prong of said run in a westerly
direction to where the Mud Bridge crosses said run branch on the Wilson
and Kitzmiller county road; then with said road crossing the top of Back
Bone mountain to Wilson store, upon the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad;
then by a straight line to the head of Deep creek, then down Deep creek
to the mouth of Meadow Mountain run; then up Meadow Mountain run
to its head; then by a straight line to the head of north branch of Middle
Fork run near Buckner Masons; then with said north fork to the mouth
of Black Hawk run; north of Tom Ridge; then down Middle Fork run
to its juncture with Crab Tall creek, then by a line south 12 degrees east
to "Thomas' Dump" on the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; then westward
along said railroad 140 perches to a point 15 perches west of the Frank-
ville depot; then leaving the railroad and running by a straight line south
20 degrees east 248 perches to four bounded chestnut trees, near the laurel
thicket at McRobics Path; then running along the north side of the West-
ernport and Clarksburg- road westerly to Folly run; then down with the
meanders of said run to the State line upon the right or east bank of the
Potomac River; then up the right or east bank of the Potomac river to
the beginning opposite Three Forks run, near Chaffee.

154. District number two (2) shall be known as Selbyport district
and shall begin at or near the summit of Winding ridge, where said ridge
is crossed by Mason and Dixon's line, and run with the summit of said
ridge in a southwesterly direction to Bear creek; then by a straight line
to a spring upon the west side of the county road at Elder; then by a
straight line to the Youghiogheny river at the mouth of White Rock run;
then up White Rock run west to the State line; then with the State line
due north to Mason and Dixon's line; then due east with the Pennsyl-
vania line to the point of beginning of Winding ridge.

155. District number throe (3) shall be known as Grantsville district
and shall begin at the bridge over the Savage river near the John Wil-
helm place, and run with the Barton and Lonaconing road to Mrs. Hanson
Brown's place on Pea ridge; then south on Pea ridge with the Barton road
and on to Henry Broadwater, Jr., at the head of Harton hollow; then
