2900 ARTICLE 13.

thence running through the said sub-division called "Ingleside" north four
(4) degrees thirty-five (35) minutes thirty (30) seconds east eight hun-
dred and seventy-four and ninety-eight one-hundredths (874.98) feet to a
white marble stone marked "M" at the eastmost corner of several lots of
land formerly belonging to Ola MacLean, and thence, north sixty (60)
degrees five (5) minutes thirty (30) seconds west one hundred and forty-
three and thirty one-hundredths (143.30) feet to the center of a large nig-
gerhead stone which formerly had been a corner of the lands of the late
Edwin H. Webster, and of the McCormick lands, and thence by a line run-
ning through the Webster land and afterwards with the dividing line be-
tween the Webster lands and the McCormick lands, north twenty-four
(24) degrees six (06) minutes ten (10) seconds east ten hundred and
forty-two and twenty-one one-hundredths (1042.21) feet to a post on the
south side of the lane or private road leading to "Poplar Grove" home-
stead, it being a corner of the Webster and of the McCormick lands, and
thence running with another dividing line between the Webster and the
McCormick lands, and bounding on the south side of the aforesaid lane,
north seventy-one (71) degrees thirty-nine (39) minutes no (00) seconds
west two hundred and thirty-five and eighty one-hundredths (235.80) feet
to a stake, and thence crossing the said lane and running with a dividing
line between the McCormick land and the Worthington land, north twenty-
one (21) degrees seventeen (17) minutes no (00) seconds east three hun-
dred and forty-one and no one-hundredths (341.00) feet to a stone at the
northeast corner of the Worthington land and also a corner of the Mc-
Cormick lands, and thence running with another dividing line between the
Worthington land and the McCormick lands, north seventy-two (72) de-
grees thirty-one (31) minutes no (00) seconds west two hundred and
eighty-four and ninety one-hundredths (284.90) feet to a stone marked
"W" heretofore set on a line of the Worthington land and at the south-
east corner of that sub-division now laid out and called "Poplar G-rove
Heights" and belonging to J. L. McCormick and wife, and running with
the outlines of the said sub-division as follows: north twenty (20) de-
grees fifty (50) minutes no (00) seconds east seven hundred and seventy-
four and fifty one-hundredths (774.50) feet to a stake, north seventy-six
(76) degrees four (04) minutes no (00) seconds west three hundred and
thirty-four and no (00) one-hundredths (334.00) feet to a stake, north
thirty-two (32) degrees forty-three (43) minutes no (00) seconds west
two hundred and sixty-six and ninety-five one-hundredths (266.95) feet
to the middle of the road leading from Del Haven to and past Moores'
Mills, and thence running with the middle of the last named road, south
fifty-three (53) degrees seven (07) minutes no (00) seconds west two
hundred and ninety-five and no (00) one-hundredths (295.00) feet, south
sixty-four (64) degrees fifteen (15) minutes no (00) seconds west one
hundred and fifteen and no (00) one-hundredths (115.00) feet, south sev-
enty (70) degrees fifty (50) minutes no (00) seconds west one hundred
and seventy and thirty one-hundredths (170.30) feet, and south fifty-seven
(57) degrees six (06) minutes no (00) seconds west one hundred and
