3846 ARTICLE 17.

1927, ch. 387, sec. 8.

379. All Acts or parts of Acts, whether the same be Public General or
Public Local Laws, inconsistent with the provisious of this Act, are hereby
repealed to the extent of such inconsistency, it being the purpose of this
Act to repeal Sections 206. to 212,* both inclusive, of Article 81, title
"Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "Taxation of Dogs," in so far as said Sec-
tions apply to Prince George's County.

380. If any person shall steal, entice or carry away any dog whose
owner shall have complied with the provisions of this subtitle of this arti-
cle, every such person shall be deemed guilty of larceny, and upon prose-
cution and conviction thereof by any tribunal, now or hereafter to be au-
thorized by law to try such offence, shall be fined a sum equal to the value
of such dog, such sum to go to the owner of such dog so stolen, enticed or
carried away; and in addition thereto, shall suffer imprisonment in the
county jail for not less than one or more than six months, in the discretion
of the Court or other tribunal trying such case.

381. If any dog shall be seen killing sheep, and upon information to
the owner or keeper thereof, by one or more persons, he shall refuse to kill
said dog, it shall be the duty of the constable to kill the dog, at the expense
of the owner, for which he shall be entitled to receive four dollars, recov-
erable before any justice of the peace residing in the district in which the
killing took place.

EAGLE HARBOR.

1929, ch. 397, sec. 1.

382. The citizens of the Town of, Eagle Harbor, Prince George's
County, Maryland, are hereby made a body corporate by the name and
style of "Commissioners of Eagle Harbor," and by that name may have
a perpetual succession, sue and be sued, have and use a common seal, pur-
chase and hold real, personal and mixed property, and sell and dispose of
the same for municipal purposes.

383. The boundaries of said town shall be as defined and included
within the plat of Eagle Harbor subdivision, as the said plat is now desig-
nated and recorded among the plat records of Prince George's County,
Maryland, in Liber S. D. H. 3, Folio 22.

384. The government of the said town shall be vested in a board of
five commissioners to be elected at large, as hereinafter provided, each
