11. They shall purchase and provide all necessary beds, bedding,
household and kitchen-furniture, stock and farming utensils necessary for
the support and furnishing of said almshouse and the land thereto belong-
ing.

12. They shall meet at the almshouse in said county four times in the
year, to wit: on the first week in January, May, August and November,
or oftener if it should be necessary, and make, by a majority of votes of
such as may be present, all such ordinances and by-laws as they may think
necessary for the government and support of said almshouse, and for the
maintenance and employment of all poor persons therein, and of all va-
grants, beggars, vagabonds, and other offenders that shall be committed
thereto.

13. They shall keep a regular account of all moneys expended by them,
and return a true copy thereof, with the vouchers therefor, to the county
commissioners, at their annual meeting to make the county levy.

14. They shall take into their care and possession all the property,
real and personal, of any person who shall be admitted into the said alms-
house, and shall occupy and use the same and apply the profits thereof to
