on or over the Highway Bridge across the Potomac
River at Hancock, Maryland, of the Hancock Bridge
Company of Washington county.

fine the office of the County Commissionees of Queen
Anne's county, elected on Tuesday next after the first
Monday in November, 1891, in pursuance of section

hereafter.
