House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 22, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Washington
County," sub-title "Hagerstown," an to re-enact the
following in lieu thereof, in amending and revising
the charter of Hagerstown, and in providing for the
government thereof, and to add new and additional
sections to Article ,22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Washington County, sub-title ''Hagers-
town.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Wilson, Brashears, Donaldson, Hutchins, Sappington,
of Anne Arundel, Lane, Carrico, Maddox, Orrick,

the punishment of embezzlement.
