Committee on Ways and Means.
Mr. Fuld introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to secure the benefits of
medical and treadment of instruction to deserving
persons of this State.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
Mr. Leonard introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore to acquire a majority
of the capital stock of the Baltimore and Eastern
Shore Railroad Company.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Baltimore City Delegation.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article 72, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Oysters," to be known as sections 41, 41 A,
41 B, 41 C, 41 D, 41 E, 41 F, 41 G, 41 H, and 41 I.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.
Mr. Joyce introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Woodberry Manufacturing Company.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
JOINT RESOLUTIONS.
Mr. Laird submitted a Joint Resolution appointing
a commission to inquire into, and report upon the
Torren's System of Registry of Land Titles.
Which was read, and referred to the Committee on
the Judiciary.
