CHAPTER 194.

 

AN ACT to repeal sections nine and ten of chapter

 

four hundred and twenty-four of the acts of eigh-

 

teen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled "An act

 

to incorporate the town of Berlin, in Worcester

 

county," and to re-enact the same with amend-

 

ments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly

 

of Maryland, That sections nine and ten of chapter
