Senate bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 479, of
the Acts of 3890, amending the charter of the Chesa-
peake Bank and changing its name, &c.

Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably by the Com-
mittee on Corporations, and report adopted".

Also, returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 119, of Article 20, Public Local Laws, title
"Somerset County," sub-title "Fish."

Endorsed: "Considered, and indefinitely postponed."

At .11 P.M.,

On motion by Mr. Robinson,

The Senate went into Executive Session.

At 11.25 P. M.,

The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative
business.

Mr. Moss submitted the following message:

BY THE SENATE,

April 4th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Bouse of Delegates :

We propose, with the concurrence of your Honor-
able Body, that the two Houses of the General As-
sembly adjourn sine die at 12 o'clock midnight, this
day.

Secretary.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House
of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and
