practises or attempts without force shall be punished by imprisonmt. dureing pleasure not exceeding one year for
banishmt. boaring the tongue, Slitting the Nose Cutting of one or both ears, whipping Branding, any one or moor as
the Provinciall Court shall thinke fitt, The Same with force, punished with loss of hand or Death. Confiscation

An Act against raising of money wthout ye Consent of the Assembly -- -

An Act for punishing some other offences=Every person striking any officer Juror or Witness in the prsence of ye Court for strike
an other upon wth a drawne weapon, or striking a Majestrate in doing his ofice shall loose his right hand, or burnt in the hand
or put to any other shame. all false witnesses upon oath, or any hireing or perswading anyone there unto shall be (placed)

An Act - -A penalty on those who shall dispose of any Tobacco recd and markt by any person or for any accot whatsoever

An Act Concerning Negroes and other Slaves = All Nigroes and other Slaves and Children of Such Nigroes and (Others)
shall Serve durante vito. Whatsoever free borne woman shall intermarry with any Slave shall Serve the Master (of such)
Slave dureing the life of her husband, and all the Children of Such Slave shall be Servants as their ffather were All Children

Any Servt brought into the Province above 22 years of age wthout Indenture shall Serve five years. If between (18 )
and 22 years 6 years: If Between fifteen and 18: Seven years. If under 15 shall serve till 22 years of age

An Act for the Encouragmt of Tillage: All money debts or other wayes contracted, except My Lds R - - - -

wheat at 4s. or 48lb. Tobacco ye bush. Oats at 2s. or 2.4lb Tob. Barly 2s:6d - 30.lb Tobacco. Pease at 8d or 8lb Tob.?
The bushel. Porke at 2d or 2lb. Tobacco Beef at 1½d or 1½ lb Tobacco Bacon at 4d or 4lb Tobacco pr pound - - -
(money) is Sterling: Porke & Beef to be cleane and Sweet Sound and Merchantable and to be pd and received
good Sufficient Caske and barrell gt 32 gallons nearest of wch. 32l to be allowed for tare. - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Ports of Exchange wch comes hither protested, the damages allowed by act is 20 pr Cent, over and above ye debt - - -
Togeather with ordnary Costs of Suite this to endure 3 years or to ye next Assembly.
An Act for the height of fences. All fences for Corne fields to be five feet high sufficient - - - -
