Maryland Somerset County Ssc. William and Mary by the Grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and
Ireland King and Queen defenders of the faith &c. To Mary Noble of Somerset County Greeting. Whereas
Isaac Noble of the said County deceased. Wee doe therefore grant unto you the said Mary Noble full power
and authority to Administer all and singular the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased, and to demand collect and leavy and in legall manner require and receive all and all manner of debt and debts due and
owing to the said deceased, and well and faithfully to dispose the same. And out of the goods Chattels and
Credits of the deceased, which have, may or shall come to your hands or posession or knowledge well and truly
to pay the debts due by the said deceased, so far forth as the same will thereunto extend and the law will
Charge you according to the true value of the Sum thereof. You having first taken your Oath well and
truly to Administer the same. And to make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all and
Singular the goods and chattels and creditts of the said deceased, which have may or shall come to your hands
possession or knowledge (appraised in money) and a true and just accompt of and upon your administration
therein and to exhibit both into our County Court, where wills are proved Touching which Inventory you
are presently assigned to performe, or at furthest at or before the Second tuesday in March after the date
hereof, and an accompt within twelve months from the date of these presents. And lastly wee do hereby
Constitute, Ordain and appoint. You the said Mary Noble Sole Administratrix of all and Singular the goods
Chattels and credits of the said deceased. Signed by Order. this thirteenth day of January in the second
year of their Maties Reign Wm. and Mary King and Queen Over England &c. and in the year of our
Lord God One thousand Six hundred and ninety.

Memorandum. this will following was proved in mr Andrew Whittingtons house by the Oath of Benjamin
Nesham and Henry ffreak and that they saw mr Wm: Brereton and Alexander Michael Sign the Same
which said will was proved before Coll David Browne. mr ffrancis Jenckins: mr Samuel: Hopkins & Capt Jno:
King. Order then was granted for lettrs. of Admrn . ---
Appraisers appointed were Coll. David Browne and mr Stephen Luffe. & mr ffrancis: Jenckins the same
time at the same place Swore the Administratrix and the Appraisors. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Maryland. In the Name of God Amen I Isaac: Noble of Wiccocomocoe of the County of Somerset & Province
of Maryland Planter being Sick in body but of Sound & perfect memory praise be therefore given to Allmighty
God, Revoking all other Wills, do Nominate and appoint this my last will and Testament, in manner and forme
following. And first I bequeath my soul into the hands of Allmighty God hoping to have remission of my
Sins through the merits and mediation of my blessed Saviour & Redeemer Christ Jesus. my body I comit to the
earth from whence it was taken to be therein decently buried according to the discretion of my Execcutrix here
after named, and for those worldly goods it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give & bequeath as followeth
Imprimis I give and bequeath into my loving Wife Mary Noble the Plantation whereon I now live, togeather with
thirds of my land for and dureing the terme of her naturall life -- Item I give and bequeath unto my two
Sonns Isaac: Noble and John: Noble all my land to be equally devided betwixt them, to have and to hold the(said)
Land to them and there Heirs for ever. they not to have the disposing of any part or percel thereof until they
shall accomplish the age of One and twenty years, and further my will is that my two Sonns have my two Guns
vide fo. 67: the remaining part of ye Will ~ ~ ~
