Same Comrs as aforesd.
mr. Thomas: ffenix this day brought his Servant boy to have his age adjudged having no
Indenture. viz. Rich: Matthews. who Saith he came in a Sloop from Jamaica Capt. Stephen
Sargeant Master. which judgment is deferred and the matter Continued till the sd Phenix
appear, and Satisfie this Court what right he hath to the sd Servant, & how he came posessed thereof

mr. Wm. Round brought his Servant maid Anne Bowden to have her age adjudged, having no
Indenture. and this Court judges the sd Anne to be Sixteen years of age.  But the Said
Round told the Court that he had assignment of ye sd Anne for Six years and desired no
more Service, which  Six years the Court Orders to be entered.
 
Nathaniel: Innis this day brought his Servant James:Linsey to have his age adjudged. he
having no Indenture. which this Court judges the sd James to be twelve years of age
he Coming into this Country in ye good shipp Providence of London. mr. Wm:Mecoy.Master ---
 
Thomas: Davis this day brought his Servt. Patrick: Erwin, to have his age adjudged, he
having no Indenture. And this Court doth judge the sd Patrick to be thirteen years old
he Coming into this Country in the good shipp Providence of London. mr Wm:Mecoy Master
 
Valentine Trubshaw Daughter to John. Trubshaw decd was by this Court put Apprentice
to Thomas: Beauchamp. the sd Beauchamp promises to give the sd Valentine an Ewe when
she attains to twelve years old, and to endeavour to learn her to read, Sew &ca. -   -   -   -   -
 
Mary: Trubshaw. Daughter to John: Trubshaw decd. was by this Court put Apprentice to
Richard: Plunkett. the sd Plunkett promises to learn the sd Mary to Sew & knitt, & if able to
learn her to read. and when sd Mary is twelve years old to give her a Cow Calf. -   -   -   -   -
 
Ordered in Court yt David Hazzard be Sumoned an Evidence for mr.Tho:Jones plt. agt ffr. Gumby  dft
 
To their Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of Somerset in Court Sitting. The humble
Petion of Samuel: Marchment humbly Sheweth ----  That whereas mr. Edmund Beauchamp
late Clerk of this County decd became justly indebted unto your Petioner in the Sum of twelve
hundred pounds of tobacco for A mare which the said Beauchamp received of yr Petioner,therefore
your Petioner humbly Craves an Order for ye Same agt the Admr.of the said Beauchamp Estate and
your Petioner as in duty bound shall pray &ca. ---
Which Petion being read the sd Tho: Beauchamp did Confess judgmt. for ye abovesd Sum, if asetts
