To the worll the Comrs of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the humble petion
of John: Vigerous humbly Sheweth.  That whereas the estate of Benjamine =
Keizer (late of this County deceased) is and doth Still remaine, indebted unto yr Petioner
the full and just Sum or quantity of eleaven hundred Sixty two pounds of tobacco & Caske
for Physick and attendance, administred to the Said Benjamine Keizer both before and in
the time of his last Sickness.  Therefore your Petioner humbly Craves your worships =
Order agt the Execcutor or Administrator of the said Keizer for his said debt, and your
petioner as in duty bound shall humbly pray  &ca.            Jno: Vigerous.
